Kagayaki Koteri is an anime/manga blog run by three aristocratic prairie dogs, Ibu, JY and Dan (or Takuto, Sugata and Wako). Created as a spur of the moment thing, Kagayaki Koteri is what you get when three friends of questionable sanity, who happen to love screaming catchphrases and waxing lyrical, set up an anime blog at midnight.
Kagayaki Koteri: what the hell does that mean?
Whilst searching for a word which reflected the perfect OT3, Ibu managed to stumble across “coterie”, which means a group of people who are quite close, or a group of prairie dogs (the latter delighted Dan and Ibu; not so much JY). In their excitement, the three began to shout Star Driver phrases, and somehow (likely the effects of sleep depravation), Kagayaki Koteri was born.
What will you see in this blog?
This blog is run by three friends who, at the end of the day, just wanted a platform to talk about the shows they like among themselves and hopefully gather up like-minded people along the way into the group. We are just fans, writing for fans and we will probably be writing about the things we like from our perspective. That said, we hope to have you all join in in the comments section!
